Hinata knows nothing. She'll never see or experience anything with Naruto outside of his nindo. Look who's there with him while he's DYING. Cheering him on during the chuunin exams... not wanting to see his dream get crushed... willing to shoulder his hate for his safety... after the summit... after the Pein fight... through his ups and downs. It was Sakura. No couple compares.

Can anyone explain what was the purpose of Hinata in this chapter i really don't get it what was Kishi thinking with this ? 

Anyways i had a god laugh when she felt what the hell was she thinking she can do ? fly to them when they were already in the air she really has no brain at all that just sad .

We don't know, but again, she doesn't know what exactly happens to Naruto, but when she does, she will lose it. She is doing the best to maintain her cool because he is alive. BUT if Naruto does die, then she will lose it. I got to say, the facial expressions in here are great, especially Sakura healing begins, her face is very telling. It's the face of don't do this to me. I also love the way she is comforting him as well as herself in the second last page. You see this in a lot of movies, shows, etc., so in other words, yes, she is playing that role. It's almost like a dream come true in a ironic way.

Another thing I noticed is after 615, it has been a downhill tumble for her. You'd think she wised up. I mean, what was the purpose of her running after Naruto? Leaving her comrades behind and such. She's so damn wishy washy but look at Sakura. She's trying to be composed and she's doing the best she can. When Naruto went 6 tails, she didn't run down there like a fool. She was all about the safety of the survivors. Hinata and her tunnel vision is a real hinderance to her and this chapter reinforces this. She should of put her faith in Sakura and "nii san" and stayed with her comrades to assist them but no...; she looks pathetic. I feel like I'm bashing but looking ag her this chapter, that's just how she looks to me.

Perhaps it was an easy way to get rid of her character for this scene as in now she cant interrupt the whole healing process or get in the way, plus it was hilarious but I have to agree with it showed how one dimensional her character is, she just disregards anything when it comes to Naruto, this time it was her team :/

Yeah, this was a great chapter and really good NaruSaku interaction, still going to be very interesting to see what she does next chapter, hope Sakura still has some tricks up her sleeve.

That's an excellent summarize . Now here are my 2 cents , as we see Sakura is out of chakra just like Naruto was when he fought to save her life from Garra but Naruto manage to pull the Kyuubi's chakra so he can save her , so i think as she realizes that she's gonna lose him at the same time realizes how much she loves him Sakura gonna release the full power of her Yin seal to save him to maintain him in life just long enough till they reach to Minato since i think that's were they are going to.

In other news, interesting to note that Sasuke is planning to have his own village or at least that's how it's written. While it's not good for those who wants him dead, though chance is there, I don't mind this direction. Only have to wait for how it's handled. That said forget that for now, this is more important.
