Okay so let's see here, we've reached the eight chapter in the volume. Now there is only chapters left. 

 

So I've got two possibilities in regards to the last chapter. 

 

• Naruto will  aid Hashirama in the fight against Madara (most likely), and Madara's Trump card will be revealed (end of next chapter, focus of the final chapter in this volume).

or

 

• The same scenario as the first possibility, but Madara gets defeated thus ending The War arc.

 

I know we've got a week till the next chapter comes out, but I kinda wish this volume was finished first and then we get the break. Kinda like how Chapter 627 (last chapter of Volume 65) came out.

I wish he end the Madara fight fast, he made it unappealing by forcing bromance, i cant believe on a guy that took  lot of years on a cave plotting against the shinobi world to put all on hold to continue his bromance with Hashirama.

He simply stopped fighting to wait for Hashirama.

It really begs the question of what will become of Sasuke, Orochimaru, Taka, and the Edo Hokages. Once Madara is defeated and the Shinju is destroyed, there will still be matters to address regarding these missing nin who are all culpable of numerous crimes against the nations and humanity as a whole (this is referring to Orochimaru mostly). I doubt Orochimaru will be so willing to allow the Hokages to move on even after this fight has been won. He could use them as distractions as he and Sasuke make their escape. But I'm personally hoping that there is a greater purpose behind their presence besides just acting as distractions.

I posted this on tumblr, and I guess I'll post this in here too, my favorite aspect of the chapter was that it helped me realize that as a Sensei Kakashi surpassed Minato a while ago and as written it's simply beautifully ironic.  Minato who was known for his speed, his ability to cover long distances in a blink of an eye yet wasn't around when his students were in dire situations and needed him.  Kakashi who is always late because he's mourning the loss of his friend, his Sensei is on time when it counts (as long as he's alive, able bodied, or Naruto/Sakura's injury/death/near death isn't required for the plot etc).  He appeared seemingly out of thin air after Naruto confronted Nagato and built Jiraiya's memorial, and he did the same just as Sasuke was about to chidori Sakura through the skull (as well as other times).  It's bittersweet, it's beautifully ironic, thinking about it induces major feels for me...it's so embarrassing.

Officially the No.1 of new year's WSJ (2014) comes out on December 2 (Mon) in Japan. But you already know that we're luckies to receive chapters earlier on Wedsneday, I guess. So we will get the chapter on Wedsneday November 27

I don't think that the Scans come out before the chapter is released in Japan.

 

I read To-Love-Ru Darkness which runs in Jump SQ which is released monthly, but their December issue is actually released in November, and since Jump SQ is owned by WSJ it would probably be a similar case.

sorry but you are wrong here... That's because also SQ releases comes out earlier compared with the official releases.

Magazines are sold earlier under the counter in some stores (like a liquor store that I know in somewhere of Tokyo).

 

If the japan read officially the chapter 656 of Naruto on Monday 02th Dec, we're able to read it earlier on internet on Wedsneday 27th Dec simply because that issue will be put up for sale earlier under the counter. It's the same for all manga magazines, not only WSJ and SQ Jump.

haha, we are always able to get the scans earlier than the official release.

 

Also, if anybody is aware about publishing issues of many sorts, they always publish with dates that are a month in advance (depending on how frequent it is published). This is not something that is uncommon...
