Hmm... I dont think you could learn SM from a tree.

Also, I dont think slugs would teach him something like that. IMO, Hashi is slug Sage, natural energy just boosted his Mokuton abilities.

 

I mean, Naruto became able to throw FRS after learning SM, but that doeant mean hes some kind of Fuuton Sage, right?

If he needed to sage mode to use mokuton then Yamato should not be capable of using it, Mokuton is a kekkei genkai.

What? No. Hashirama was using Mokuton before he activated SM, thats obvious. SM just boosted his abilities, thats how natural energy works.

So did Sasuke actually get any powerups when he got the EMS? I know that he can use his eyes for longer and without any danger, but did he actually get a new ability? The only thing I can think of is advanced control of Amaterasu. Because if that's it, I have no idea how he's going to be able to match Naruto.

Am I the only person that thinks Sakura looks a little weird smiling like that?

Not gonna lie, Sakura looked stoned as hell in that panel LOL. But, for an instant, I felt there was something truly sad and almost pathetic about that panel. Like, why do you do this to yourself, Sakura? Is she trying to make herself believe that Sasuke has finally "seen the light" or is she planning to prepare herself for whatever stunt Sasuke tries to pull? I really hope it's the latter. All I know is, Sakura knows Sasuke hasn't come back for them, she's not happy about this, and she does not trust Sasuke.

 

A weird thought, but what if Sai, attempting to take the blow for Naruto and/or Sakura, gets killed by Sasuke? That would be one of the biggest slaps in their faces. A huge wake-up call. Kind of cruel, but the way Naruto and Sakura feel about Sasuke sometimes....ugh, they kind of deserve it. Don't get me wrong, I like Sai (NV's biggest NS fan), but that would be one intense situation. How would Naruto and Sakura react? How would they feel about Sasuke after having killed their comrade?

 

Also, Is it just me or are we about to see the final transformation of the Juubi? The shinobi all seem to be converging on the battlefield now and the battle between Kakashi and Obito seems to be nearly finished. Like the final battle to determine the fate of the world. Of course there's always the chance that the Juubi won't reach it's final form, resulting in the anticlimax. I hope Kishimoto does this right.

Its understandable of the reason why sakura and narutos characters are harshly being criticized about there obsession towards sasuke. 

The true person thats deserves the blame is kishi himself i really do not understand why he has to put sasuke above his main character and main girl even shikamaru and sai has a better reason to not trust him at all.

 

What im really worried about is the fact that kishi might dramatized this obsession till the point it has to harm naruto and sakuras character all together like in the summit arc.  kishi might haved worked hard to get his success as a mangaka , but reducing the quality in his work because of his favorite character sasuke just dosen't sit well with me.

 

Whenever i see a possible regression towards naruto and sakuras character i just don't want to ship anything anymore nor care about the story. Its more painful to see a constant regression when its about sasuke....All i can say about the next chapter is to be prepared for anything.

 

As for the bolded part i hope so to.

The Rinnegan has been underutilised by everyone who came into possession of it excluding Nagato. He fully exploited all of its known abilities (notwithstanding comprehensive elemental ninjutsu knowledge) and displayed such a masterful implementation of them through his simultaneous usage of the paths' powers during combat to overcome the defenses of his opponent as well as perform multiple tasks ranging from interrogation to reconnaissance.

 

Madara has so far only used Preta Path's ninjutsu absorption technique and arguably Bansho Tenin in conjunction with Susanoo depending on your interpretation of how those two meteorites were invoked during the battle in the desert. As for Tobi despite surgically implanting Nagato's Rinnegan into his eye socket to increase his strength the only powers we have seen him make use of are the shared vision attribute when the eyes are distributed to various bodies for manipulation as well as calling forth Gedo Mazo to use as a summoning in battle. Considering that Madara intended for Tobi to resurrect him with the Outer Path's restoration technique we know that he's capable of using the paths' powers. It's only because of some unforeseen reasoning (plot armour seems likely) that he has yet to capitalize on his doujutsu which would be easily capable of defeating Kakashi.

Its not that easy. Remember MS Sasuke? It took him some time to be able to use Complete Susanoo. Anyway, he needs PS, becuase Amaterasu (en Enton), although its great offensive technique, wont stop TBB.

Lol. Same here. With her facial expression, I saw her somewhat stoned... Probably, because it's the only way to not showing her sad

 

The explanation you said about Sasuke killing Sai, and how it would react on Naruto and Sakura made me think that Sai can possibly die. Sai getting for a reason in the way of Sasuke in this battle when Sasuke reveals his plan, or Sai defending Naruto or Sakura, though in this situation it's more probable that it would be Naruto or Sakura in this place, may get him killed. Naruto and Sakura can see that Sasuke is still the same but with different goal and wants to make it by his own way. But, that if Sasuke didn't show that he doesn't want to harm anyone in order to get to the Hokage seat and to build a system in his own way.

 

 

But when/how is he going to get it? If he had Perfect Susanoo, I would've expected him to have used it by now. 

Simple... He might be leaving it for later, or he'll get it in some way afterwards.

At first I didn't like the last Kakashi/Obito panel because it felt out of place.

 

But now it makes me wonder if Kishi switched back to them because they'll be out of Kamui soon, and Kishi wants to include Kakashi in the Team 7 drama. Or maybe we'll get Minato/Obito/Kakashi action first. ._.

 

And oh boy, Kakashi's mentality will suffer even more, this might be too much for him.

Bolded: I think so too. He switched to them to get them finish what they have to do in Kamui, and be back to the battlefield so Kakashi witness Team 7 and some things between Minato, Obito and Kakashi.

 

But, if Kakashi isn't awake from Obito's blow, at least one of these two will occur when he wakes up again.

I just had a random thought. Everyone is pretty confused about Sakura's smile being fake but her words true, right? (I haven't read this whole thread yet, so don't mind me if this has already been brought up or cleared up.)

 

What if her words are actually for Naruto? She's happy Sasuke's back and she trusts him for Naruto's sake? So she's happy for Naruto? Since she knows how badly Naruto wanted to save Sasuke and wanted him back. But the fake smile was because her, herself did not feel that way?

Kakashi's panel isn't out of place. Just not sure how it will be handled.

 

Let's say they go back to the battlefield. And Minato has a chance to join and see what became of Obito. Where does it leave Kakashi. If Minato comes and replaces Kakashi against Obito then Kakashi has to handle his team, Sasuke in particular. If Kakashi and Minato team up then Team 7 is going to be focusing on something else because I don't see a Naruto vs Sasuke fight overlap with a Kakashi vs. Obito because both this battles parallel each other.

 

If they don't and only ones comes back alive or both die then well don't know. Maybe if they both die we are going to see a what if Naruto and Sasuke go full on each other.
