Now before the mods decide to move this to the Pony Thread, I'd just like to take a moment to put this thread up about a wonderful game known as MLP: Fighting is Magic of which information can be found here;

Since this is technically a game, of which is in development, I felt it would be right if updates about it were posted here as opposed to spamming up the pony thread... However if there is a thread like this, then um...

But it's not based on the show, it's a fan-based game made by independent developers and has stand-alone credibility because Hasbro did not sponsor nor fund this project...

So while it is MLP, it still has every right to have it's own thread as any other game...

Well.... it IS technically a game ^^ so it should be be in this category. But some people cannot STAND the sight of MLP or hints of it so I understand if this gets moved.

Anyway, I SOOOOO can't wait for this game to come out! Even the MLP staff is looking forward to it! It's just amazingly made and so well thought out with everypony's moves and supers (my favorite supers are Pinkies lvl 3 :D Pinkamena! and Twilight's lvl 3: "I CAN'T CONTROL IT!") I think if I were to chose a character to play so far, it would either be Twilight or Applejack because they look the easier to control lol.... but we still have Fluttershy and Rainbow Dash to look forward to so I might change my mind lol

Really, I would rather have this game be played on console instead of PC (because I will most likely get carpal tunnel syndrome the first minute) but I just want to play this game!

Lastly, I hope to reach this lvl of gameplay.... though I know it's not possible for me -_-;;

Just judging by how smooth the game looks on the monitor and how much thought the devs put into the game, this game is gonna be bucking amazing! XD

But for real? Playing at that level ain't too hard once you're used to fighting games...

But if I were you, I would play games like Skullgirls, Melty Blood, Guilty Gear, Blazblue and King of Fighters (Possibly Art of Fighting if you have time) to get a good grasp on how juggling and combos would work... With the SNK games as a guide for input and specials, etc...

If not... Playing Street Fighter always helps for the basics, just don't play a 3D fighter expecting to be good at a 2D one... It just doesn't work like that
