Those aren't sketches directly from Kishi. You can tell by how clean they are and the different style. They're from people like the editors or perhaps screen directors.

Thats how you know its Kishimotos'.

He could've easily made the rough sketch first, then it's handed to the anime team to polish and replicate.

Erm, how can you decide that? Do you perhaps have the magazine that the fake interview should be in?

It's not fake, but there is some confusion around NF, on whether it really says that. Speculations range from Kishi really saying the masked man is Obito or Kishi knowing that the fans have narrowed down Tobi's identity to 3 people being; Shisui, Obito, or Izuna. But either way, the translator is reliable nonetheless, so it should be true to an extent.

I'm sure others have noticed this, but there seems to be a third person standing at the end of the stairs by Naruto and whoever is with him, (though they disappear in the close up). I'm wondering if this could be Minato standing by Kushina and Naruto, whom are seated on the stairs? I suppose it could be a passer-by character, though it seems unlikely for someone to be taking a stroll down the Hokage Mountain stair case. Any thoughts?


EDIT: Just a thought, but could the fourth Hokage head carved into the mountain be Shizune? The hair seems like it would match and the chin, lips, and neck appear more feminine to me than the others. Although I suppose it's hard for a chiseled rock to look "feminine", LOL. I could be over-analyzing, but I think it's possible given the personality and appearance switch between Shizune and Tsunade. Like I said, just a thought. :]

I like that one. I can very much imagine Sakura in her robe talking to Sasuke but after he leaves and she takes the robe off to change Naruto suddenly barges in for whatever reason. Both of them would probably stand there frozen and blushing for some seconds and then comes Sakura's punch.

NaruSaku is the best paring because they can have funny moments like these and make it look completely natural. With Hinata or Sasuke it would just come out as forced.

As long as no one mentions that to Kushina, he'll be safe..... if he had to choose, he'd rather have Sakura beat the living daylights out of him instead of Kushina because knowing her, she'll beat him all the way to Sunday along with along scathing lecture. Nothing's worse than a long lecture

I think the reason we haven't seen new latest 1:30 trailer is because as it was said before it will be shown for theaters. The last trailer we saw seems to have been made for TV, not to mention that it was released on the 29th and not the 30th.

I think we might have to wait some days for that trailer to be show on TV, or for someone to have gone to a theater and seen the trailer and then describe it on a forum.

Lets hope that if there are more trailers to be shown that it includes some nice scenes with Naruto and Sakura (like that sketch of them comically running). I don't think the movie will be spoiled for a simple scene like that in the trailer.

we will get another trailer that will be show up on the opening of one of naruto's episodes

Actually it was indeed released on the 29th. Think about it, it became available to the western hemisphere in the morning of the 29th which would make it around sunset of the 29th in Japan's time zone. Furthermore, it would've taken couple of hours to upload it to the internet so take a couple of hours back from sunset and we can estimated the latest trailer premiered in the afternoon of the 29th, Japan time.

On the other hand maybe the PR people for Road to Ninja made a mistake by announcing it for the 30th, but I don't think they would make such an error. Besides, they kept insisting that it was gonna be shown in theaters, if it was also gonna be on TV they could've mentioned it as well.

I would of guessed it'd be Kushina Minato and Naruto, but the reason why I'm having second thoughts about that is because why would Minato be apart from them?

But I think it could be highly possible. I know there were some rumors going around that Sakura's dad was the hokage, but I'm not sure if it was ever confirmed, and I'm not awake enough to read through the latest comments. But, since Tsunade basically became Shizune in that parallel, I wouldn't doubt Shizune becoming Hokage.

Only 4 faces are visible, but Hashirama's face could simply be cut off by the angle (on the other side of Tobirama).

Clearly visible is Sakura's dad and Tobirama. The one in between them could be Hiruzen, but my memory's sketchy as to what Sarutobi actually looked like on the mountain. But the last one whose chin is only visible definitely looks like Minato to me (though Tsunade and/or Shizune is a definite possibility as well, the latter more than the former actually given their swap).

@ Slextrem: Good eye - I didn't catch that third person there at all - that definitely makes Naruto and his parents the most likely candidates for being the ones sitting there. As for the third person not showing up on the close up, perhaps they are two separate scenes entirely? One looks to be a daytime, and one at night (or more like very early morning, given it looks kind of like its sunrise). Or maybe it is the same scene, and the third person has left/hasn't arrived yet.

I was just reading a MinaKushi fanfic from Kushina's Truth Of Hell on FF.net, called "Of Cats, Babies, and Fatherly things" and it gave me an idea... I wonder if we'll see MinaKushi stuff telling the story of how they just became newlyweds and were expecting Naruto. Somehow, I could see hilarious MinaKushi moments in this movie too...

Only there is clearly another head on the Hokage mountain AFTER Sakura's dad, so Sakura's dad already has a successor sitting as current Hokage , while he is either retired (hopefully) or dead (hopefully not).

DO WANT! Can you just imagine pregnant Kushina stories? The simultaneous adoration and terror she must have inspired in Minato.

Kishi could care less, he might show that. He has already shown Kushina acting the same way as Sakura even the same expression when she's angry in a comical way. Any more obvious of the parallel and it will just become too silly to think otherwise.
