So while rewatching Root A, I remembered how it seemed like Hinami was having a crush on her Oni-chan, and I'm just like wow SP how did you mess that up?

Wait if I'm correct didn't Ishida end up writing root A and I was curious if he did it on purpose to ruin the chance for SP to do season 3 aka RE.

Ishida wrote Root A, but SP cut things out, I think.

If we ever see a Tokyo Ghoul remake I want the studio behind the anime to be either  I.G. considering how Psycho-Pass turned out, Madhouse, Studio Bones, and A-1 pictures to a certain extent given how the Fairy Tail anime has been turning out.

I hope one day another studio will give TG the proper treatment. I'm tired of people calling TG nothing more than an edgy series based on the anime alone (but then again, there are enough people who think the manga is also just edgy.)

This might just be me, but I feel like TG has become the new object of a kind of hate "Attack on Titan" has and still is going through: With sudden hype and popularity, hate and bashing comes, too. Yes, every series has its haters, such as people hating on the narration during the Chimera Ant Arc, or fans calling OP goofy, the Golden Arc being Berserk's only good arc, but when it comes to TG the hate is the kind of hate that is directed towards rising mainstream stuff. "Boring MC who just suddenly becomes OP to look cool, edgy series, unconventional plotline, a wannabe seinen, unrelatable characters..." Man, what's with all the hate? I understand if it's not for everyone, but so many view it as an overrated series... It's frustrating.

I actually thought about a post on top 5 "overrated" series that do deserve criticism, because there are series that are "overrated" but far from deserve legit negative feedback.

Tell me about it, I mean people always it's anime over the manga all day every day, and while that is true sometimes the anime can give you a really bad impression on how the story is being told whereas when you read the manga it's more fleshed out and not just completely self centered on Action. That's where SP messed up with Tokyo Ghoul thinking they could turn it into an action based series when that's not Tokyo Ghoul is. Yes it's got action elements, but the action is only used a driving point of the story not the center focus of everything. People like these always get on my nerve cause either A popularity or B just their biased outlook towards anime.
