How in the world did Hinami or Touka get in the possession of Hide's signed book?
As much as I love TouKen, I hope it's from Hide b/c I desperately hope he's alive.

  
Originally, Kaneki went with Hinami to the book signing, that's how Hinami met Eto. Hide was also there to get a book signed for Kaneki. At some point Hinami could have left it to Touka.

Maybe Hide was in the hospital and that's who Touka was visiting? I'd hate hide if he and Touka were together. Absolutely hate him.

He already did, you baka :hehehe:. He wrote full summaries of that horrible trainwrack XD

Did that ending with NaruHina and SasuSaku made you so paranoid about pairings XD? I know you're joking, but c'me on, we all know that HideTouka won't become cannon. Hide was aware of Touka's feelings. And that's unfair of you to say that :hm: You could also blame Touka for dating Hide.

Yeah, I know about that kawaii moment b/w Kaneki and Hinami during the booksigning. But from what I've seen that is Hide's book. At least all the translators been saying that was Hide's b/c of certain things about the book. I'm not sure if both Hide and Hinami had the same book or different ones. I just personally think that it would make more sense for it to be Hide's b/c both Touka and Hinami have already showed up. It'd make the entire story more mysterious giving us some hope that he's still alive while his current whereabouts are unknown.

Let's just not focus too much on TouKen. I'm happy enough that we got one at all in here.
