First of all, Shirazu was really kittening impressive. Locating her detached Kagune with echolocation, and then determining how it works, leading to her death? Pretty damn solid. I can tell though, that he's gonna be another character to struggle with the human vs ghoul concept, evident by his last words to Nutcracker. Ayato has gotten pretty strong. Either he has been cannibalizing ghouls and developed a kokaku, or he's been paying attention to Eto and just wrapped his wing around his arm. My bet is on the latter. Either way, Kaneki still solo's.

Saiko at the end was watching the security monitors, so she saw what happened to Kaneki, she looks really scared. Loved how Hinami reacted to Kaneki's voice, she's about to see nii-San again!!! Akira being worried over Kaneki was cool, their relationship is pretty cool. Shirazu looked nervous as kitten and worried about Kaneki as well. Then there was Uta, he even took off his mask when he heard Kaneki's scream.

The build up for next chapter is too crazy.

I can't do spoiler tag, so ignore this post if not read:

I wonder why we didn't see Saiko. It seems that her ability is perhaps the dangerous one in the Q Squad (minus Sasaki). She's lazy and no experience, but perhaps her ability is pretty powerful. It got to the point the guy couldn't figure out who is the real monster. So, that's interesting to have it hidden which I still don't get it, but I guess in the future, we will see. Interesting take.
