^_^ I'm not a TG fanatic, but I can wait. I have faith that Ishida will answer all the question the fans have. Doesn't mean though that the ending was a slap of TG was a bad slap in the fans' faces.

Yeah, I'm not denying that TG has flaws (every story does). It is understandable if the characters don't click with some readers.

I'm enjoying it pretty well so far. It's early but of course, so far, it's been growing interest more and more as many returning events are happening. Not sure what to expect, but it feels like it will change paths.

That's what I'm talking about: People always say TG was boring (which I don't think so) in the first 50 chapters or so, and then it gets so good for people once the Aogiri Arc starts.
Everyone expects :re to start with a bang completely forgetting all these unsolved mysteries: Why did Hinami join Aogiri Tree? What is the Clown's objective? What happened to Sasaki's past? What is the organization V's objective? What is Professor Kanou up to? What happened to Hide? When will Amon show up? What happened to Tsukiyama? When will Touka show up again and what has she been in these last years? What is up with Arata, Touka and Ayato's dad? I could come up with a ton of other questions, that make Tokyo Ghoul:re so promising.
I think we all just need to be patient. I understand that people think it is not focusing enough on the MC right now and think it is slow, but it's too early to call :re a disappoinment in my eyes :/
Oh well...

It got good for me when Kaneki met Hinami because he had a big brother role and that's when he was thinking about who was right or wrong

I love that Kaneki vs Amon fight! One of the best moments in the manga if you ask me. And his relationship with Hinami is one of the best ones in TG.

As much as I dislike her, she's one of the best villains TG has to offer. She had a tragic past, growing up without either of her parents and forcing her way through the 24th ward, the most horrible one in Tokyo. And most likely she is the leader of Aogiri Tree.

She must have an incredible intellect for reaching popularity status as an author at this young age- kind of makes sense though b/c she's been living in both sides of the world.
