Hmm, compared to the second week volume 1 of :re still sold in the two hundred range... Quite a significant drop here if you ask me. Almost three hundred. I wouldn't say it did. More like it didn't boost a huge one because it was misleading. Have it be original to the story, we may get a bigger boost. So we can only on curiosity. Btw, Akatsuki no Yona isn't popular, which is sadly true. Even with anime. Sigh. People these days. I'm talking about the difference b/w the first and second week for each of the volumes. I'm pretty sure that for volume 1 the difference was 200000 something and for volume 2 it's less... That's a huge drop in my eyes. But maybe , this time fans just went rushing to the stores right away after already knowing that Sasaki is not just some kind of new MC XDExactly. Lol. Btw, I have to research myself and look here:

I like TG more, too. Dunno about you, but it's hard to feel excited for monthly mangas in my case. I often forget what happened in the precious chapter, but don't feel like rereading it...Personally, I like TG a lot more than AoT. The drawing of AoT is just so bad XD

Maybe reading all in one go is the perk of monthly? FMA was one.
