It's a shame because Ishida only did draft and based on it, there were tons of plot points that could have work with its own universe. Instead, we got lost cause.

The animation is just one of the issues. The entire storyline is kittened up.

Literally everything about it is terrible. SP is such trash, it's amazing their still in business, considering how badly they messed up both Naruto and TG. Would you mind posting some things that are said, if you have the time?

I've noticed how many people don't like Touka that much anymore b/c she became a "side character" due to her pretty much being "irrelevant" after the Aogiri Arc. Some even believe that she will not become important later on in Tokyo Ghoul:re -.-

As for the anime: Yeah, she really became irrelevant in Root A, kittening running a marathon for three episodes!

Did that really happen in Root A? Funny how one pointed out that speed is her thing. Anyway, I still don't know why she was there in visitor's hours. Who's there to visit for her? Anyway, their job is to hide, so we don't know what course to go if they get involved. Besides, if counting the first series, it's not that even long ago. We all went through way worse than that. *Stares at an obvious series*

But you know, I feel like this arc is crucial because things are going to play mind games (between him and "Kaneki") soon enough since a lot of memory characters are there yet he hasn't encountered them yet. We have been reintroduced the past character as of late, we're getting back on track.
