That's adaptation of the game of the same name. The manga has gorgeous art But the manga is really ecchi for shonen standard. Naked and boob everywhere. So I will give the credit to the writer since ohbata sensei is more of the artist. If I'm not mistaken.

Kishimoto gold-plated his entire bathroom with the mad money he earned from the Last and light novel. Once the Sakura novel comes out he's going to do his bedroom.
