Im curious whats your opinion on this old opinion of hinatas confession in the pain arc. Its a bit sad that people saw this episode but didn't know or care that it upplayed hinatas moment. what can you do kishi gave her a major moment the animation studio saw that and took the idea and run with it.

-has been in love with Naruto ever since the begining of the series started, but is very shy and always avoids detection, let alone confession

-other fans deem it an unhealthy obsession, although this is highly debatable, it is not a fact.



This was the first time Naruto experienced and realized that a girl loves him from the bottom of her heat.

And just a few seconds later she got smashed on the ground and pierced by a metal rod...

Naruto already knew that Kakashi, Jiraya and Fukasaku fell pray to Pain and now something like that right in front of his very eyes.

I can't forgive Pain for what he has done to Hinata.

For once, an episode of Naruto Shippuuden surprised me.



Being an avid follower of the manga for many years, I pretty much know what's going to happen even before the anime comes out.



However, this time I was wrong. Very wrong in fact. I found myself intrigued and fascinated by what I was seeing. I learnt something new about the characters I know and love.



I swear that a different artist was responsible for the animation. Everything looked different. It had a different feel to it. Very different from the previous ones. As Naruto gasped in horror as Hinata was tossed around, his facial expressions were unlike anything I'd seen before. We saw his emotions. What he was feeling. How powerless he felt. Helpless.



The flashbacks were, for once, relevant and gave an insight into their character and where they had come from. What they both had had to overcome. Naruto, the outcast, hated and loathed by everyone. Hinata, the failure, unable to live up to the name of Hyuuga. The sentiment was evident. It was moving, believable and heart rendering.



With the silence Hinata fell, her confession enough to release the hatred within Naruto.



My rating? 8.5 Twin Lion Fists out of 10. [SK]LESS

 

 

Of course it doesn't hold up anymore

Their favorite movie "the last" retconned Naruto, now he has the emotional knowledge of a 5 year old, thus the whole confession scene didn't actually matter since Hinata's point never could get across Naruto 

In the movie, he even had to be brainwashed by a genjustu to began to love her, truly pathetic

 

 

Futhermore, I am truly apaled how a manga reader could defend that blatant filler worshipping of Hinata made by SP

I really loved Sakura :( 

We all did. But the problem was he was surrounded by Anti-Sakura writers.

 

So he tried to make her look prettier bc he figured that would solve everything. Then he dedicated an arc to her with the LOI arc. 

 

All he had to do was have her get over Sasuke and give her more fights. In other words pay more attention to her. But sadly, a "Likeable" woman is one who looks pretty and has an attractive figure. Screw personality. Screw usefullness. Screw Reality

Who would give up on one of his main characters just because he/she is hated by fans ? Certainly not a good writer, a really passionate writer who would care about his characters, because they are his creations. 

Now we know that kishi was far from the skilled author we thought he was...

Also, I heard that SP are struggling to sell their special NaruHina figures, that they started exporting the figures to other regions of the world e.g. the UK.....but they still aren't selling.

Second, we wanted the next popular series and hopefully, we can pull Naruto on it. Because Kishimoto-sensei never have anything planned out and it's basically a fan made on its own.
