And what is going to happen when the shinobis rightfully refuse? Brand them traitor? Go to jail? No salary? Fired? I'm starting to prefer Danzo over this fool of a Hokage. It's even worse because Kakashi is still the BEST character compared to other team seven members.

I mean honestly he got guilt tripped by Obito and Naruto to take the job and ever since then he's been in Naruto's pocket, so I don't know if I really can hate on him too much. If it were up to him he'd probably want to have Tsunade remain Hokage.

I didn't thought much about this in the first time, but looking back it really smells of hipocrisy on kakashi's part.

 

This just shows the seeds of inconsistences were planted even before the falldown of overall quality that happened after the Yahagi era

 

That's true. In one scene we have Kakashi preaching to Sasuke about the woes of revenge-seeking, then several years down the line, we see him pumping his fists, raring to go after Akatsuki with Team 10 so they can have their satisfaction in offing a member of the organisation that killed their sensei. Although, I believe Ramen provided an explanation some time back about how the two scenarios differed from each other.

Meh. I hated everything he stood for... except for the "Sasuke must die" idea. He got that right. And now with the way the story is I'd rather have him as Hokage (lawful evil as he was) compared to Nardo Hinata's sex toy, as ruler.

Took me a second that you were talking about it never got exposed to those in universe, I thought you were talking about us.

 

Anyway, honestly, if you look at it objectively, it's a sticky situation. On one had, Danzo's actions were abhorrent (I labeled Danzo because he was the main perpetrator, he's the one that ordered Itachi, Hiruzen didn't want to do it at all, but Danzo gave the order first). The massacre was too extreme and was extremely harsh. Even with that in mind though, Fugaku, Mikoto, and all the other Uchiha who were willingly behind them determined that their political position was more important than the lives of everyone in, not only Konoha, but in the Land of Fire. The Uchiha planned for a civil war that, as stated, would have caused another world war. The other nations would have attacked Konoha, and millions of innocent men, women, and children would have died because Fugaku and company felt that their blood was worthless as they were not Uchiha. They felt entitled because their ancestors helped, helped, found Konoha, but failed to realize that a country belongs to the people, not the people that founded it, and had no interest in peace talks and political negotiating, as they rejected Hiruzen multiple times. 

 

So while Danzo was cruel, the Uchiha were not innocent, which is why getting into that area of the story is a walking a sticky line, especially for an idiot like Kishi who doesn't even understand hatred and how the theme of hatred effected his manga. Maybe in some other manga by some other writer, like Oda, Ishida, Togashi, (tricksie, KnS ), the whole dynamic between Konoha and the leaf gets done right, but when considering the problem, you have to consider the inept idiot creating the problem. 

 

And before anyone kittens themselves and drops a rage nuke on me, no, I am NOT saying that Konoha was right, I'm saying that neither of them were right.

 

Edit: Oh, and also, can you just buy photoshop and download it, or is there seriously only a subscription service for it?

Indeed. If the former ninja world truly was completely peaceful, then the Leaf should become a Democracy/Republic. The fact that it went threw an obvious industrial society state without an opening of human liberty is something that I don't believe would even be possible.

 

Whatever though. If I really sat down and started counting out all of the problems with this story it would take me a few months before I finished.

I understand your point but we also have to consider why the Uchiha began thinking about their revolution in first place.

After the kyuubi attack, the hokage isolated the Uchiha in a district so he could keep tabs on them on the allegation that the uchiha somehow were involved in the kyuubi attack

 

And the thing is we never got the answer if they were actually involved or not, if they worked with Tobi or not. There are hints like the fact that the not one uchiha fought against the kyuubi and the fact that maybe Mikoto was the one to slip the secret of the place Kushina was giving birth. However we never got a confirmation, so in the end we can't really understand this situation entirely because we lack information how the whole thing happened due to kishimoto's stupid writing

 

Nevertheless, I think you are right, both were wrong and Danzo even more since he probably used that situation to farm sharingans

 

But if one thing should be addressed is the truth behind the Uchiha massacre, Naruto should have exposed it at least, as a means to show that he would be a different hokage than the other ones. He could then also take the elders ( who were never addressed again) out of their position of power.
