I can't believe this bullsh**. Did a NH fan buy the rights to Naruto?

First off I wanted to thank those that liked and commented on my review for The Last..

 

now I was listening to one of the NaruSaku Podcast again the one that dealt with 690. I remember talking about it with him and 4life about the direction the series could've take after that chapter. My initial thought (can't remember if I said it) when it came to Volume 72 was like 691-693 would deal with Kaguya's Past, 694-696  would focus on the ending of the war and Sasuke's betrayal, and 697-700 equals the start of Naruto vs Sasuke. Then Volume 73 half the volume is one the fight and the other half if tying up all loose ends.

 

Looking back at the final two volumes this is how things should've went down, The fight wit Kaguya should've expanded from Volume 71 to Volume 72 and then Naruto vs Sasuke should've been from Volume 73 to Volume 74. Things would've been properly placed out, but sadly it didn't.  

kaguya should not have existed in the first place. her character was empty and she felt like a filler villain.

Agreed. I would have liked to have kept Madara as the final villain, or in a twist, have Orochimaru hijack his body to basically become a god.

 

Also, Chi, you guys are hilarious in your review! Seriously, I'm glad I SWORE to never watch The Last. :P

My best friend hoped for this. Letdown beyond any measure.

My impression was that Naruto would have been able to handle Madara, but Sasuke wouldn't have been able to. Just like the Kaguya fight.

Sasuke's ass was handed to him by his own weapon in Madara's hands. This guy may be genius, but fighting someone equal who want's to kill him - he can't. If you think, he never won anything in a full fight. Every time his ass was either saved of tricked.

Naruto on the onther hand depsite being pictured "stupid" always was winnig by the skin of his teeth.

Sakura telling Naruto phrase "remember when you said you love me" that is only thing that points to offscreen confession.
