I really wish I could confirm this but until otherwise it is nothing of a rumor. Also, the theories surrounding Sakura's novel are all rumors as well. One thing is for certain though and that's that she will probably interact more with Sasuke than she will with Naruto. But at least well finally get answers to how Salad came about.

Kishi's assistant already confirmed that Sarada is Sakura's flesh and blood, so I doubt the novel will go into the "mystery" behind her birth.

It will probably just focus on their relationship sometime after the movie. How Sasuke fell in love with her and all that crap.
