I feel like they're going to push the "Naruto saved her from bullies as a child" thing in this movie because it's Pierrot. Perhaps Hinata is in tears because she's being bullied, and Naruto is yelling at them after coming to her rescue. His old red scarf gets torn up while he's saving her, so Hinata wants to give him a new one.

The movie being set 2 years later is accurate. But I believe that it is the "blank" period between 699 (Present day) and 700 (some years after the manga and the movie). The movie is a way to explain the epilogue.

It just better not be used to try to explain an ass pull. It better not be used to fill in developement for NH out of nowhere.

It annoys me that in order to make an attempt at Naruto and Hinata development it has to be done in a movie, outside of manga context. Its no better than the crappy fillers from Pierot or something that can be consider an idea for a fan fiction.

Yeah really thats the only way for NH to happen is to invent development, cause god knows they dont have any in the manga. But while that is a legitimate worry (really the only worry we have) i doubt it goes that way. even if they just dump development in the movie it wont be enough. Im still 100% confident in NS but i can understand if some people are worrying and having doubts.

699 - 700 . Doesnt matter if its Good or Bad for our ship. I know the Feels will be extreme.

But what's Naruto's side? It's like "well that's not his role. He's just being brought in like all other movies." In RtN, it was his movie because he had a problem the fact he didn't have parents to live with. Here, it's like "How the hell I got into this mess?" It would be nice to know if he wants a lover in the movie, rather than being dragged into it. That's my point. I mean they can say he's looking for one, sure, but right now, I don't recall ever to root for Hinata in a series called Naruto. Eh, I'll wait.

tbh honest I'm kind of worried they even brought up Hinata as a possibility.....

well if they didnt then it would be obvious its sakura and that would spoil the pairings.

I still have an important question.

When this movie airs in Japan and they see the pairings. Wouldn't they spoil it on the web for us? Unless we're getting the movie at the same time.

like it or not NH does pose a legit threat now all of a sudden, the trailer has almost nothing to do with it though.

Im sorry but if NH becomes canon i will never be able to except it as anything but a royal ass-pull.

initially I wasn't even gonna act like an arse but seeing all of this canon crap they're spewing and telling us to jump ship over a well edited teaser and trailer, yeah, no, I'm definitely gonna travel the net with the smirk of a troll and say yeah told you so. Logic trumps all and NH is ILLOGICAL

Exactly why cant poeple see that they can pull off alot of trolling with just editing and make the movie look like something in a trailer that in actuality is the exact opposite.

I love how it has naruto saying he wants to say something then cuts to the clip with hinata blushing with someones hands on her shoulders. lol trolling to the max i mean it cant be naruto he has a bandages arm lol. this is so reminiscent to RTN its sad. 

There's no time for 'awhile', Naruto is ending as we speak, and the movie has new info released about it everyday.
 
There's people other than the ones who ship and go crazy who want to enjoy the movie and the info that is released. 
 
This is ridiculous, in my opinion. The thread should be reopened with stricter policies and fierce warnings if things get out of hand, that's the way I see it.
 
Let people talk about it freely. If freaking out ensues, warn them more, temporarily ban them. Cutting away our talk about the movie its self is too much. There's a way to go about this like calm adults.

lol watch kishimoto troll everyone by avoiding pairings in the manga epilogue and maybe hint at it. what if kishi shows a panel of naruto at his hokage desk and it zooms in on a picture frame w/ a picture of his family but the wife is shaded out or something that would suck
