I saw the OVA. It could have been better, have the pacing was any better. It's too drawn out, so the comedy didn't land at all. I know they have to fill in 10 minutes, but that's the point. It's still baffling that the long awaited moment acted like Dragon Ball, only that one has in total self-awareness. 700 chapters, everyone.

The movie is actually not that bad. Sure it shouldn't exist, but as a standalone movie it isn't that bad. I'm not defending it. I watched it out of boredom waiting for Dragonball Super episode 32 to be subbed and was surprised by what I saw considering I went in the movie with zero expectations.

I can see why Horikoshi let Bakugo win this time. Izuku won their first fight, but it's also to let All-Might's words simmer in to Bakugo. If Izuku won, then Bakugo wouldn't probably understand All-Might saying that his strength is a great feat/something to admire if he lost to Izuku here. He'd just think he was pandering to him. This way, they're now at 1-1 and when they develop more, they can have an all out tie-breaker fight.

Now I hope this allows them to get their friendship/rivalry to a healthy level to allow them to get better. Since Bakugo is let in on the secret, that will undoubtedly bring him and Izuku closer.

I do think All-Might is a way better teacher than Kakashi for taking his time to explain to BOTH Bakugo and Izuku what the problem was.

Great chapter. Can't wait for this fight to get animated.

At this rate, I think Super should stick to comedy if and only if the next big arc fails.

I don't think the Trunks Arc failed. Overall, it was great. The ending sucked, but it didn't kill it for me.

Still hyped for 12 Universe Tournament.

This episode was hilarious.

It could be considered a Sleeper Hit. It's successful, just not mainstream/well known to the wider audience.

I mean, Trunks was arguably the protagonist of the Black Goku arc.

He deserved to be the one to finish Zamasu

You know, why don't they just make a spin off of Hinata and be done with it? Just a whole series devoted to her.
 
And while they're at it, make one for Sasuke too.

Sasuke has the whole main series devoted to him. He doesn't need a spin off.

I think it'll be hilarious to see Bakugo in the next chapter come across someone crying or scared and goes, "Grow some kittening balls you pussy!" 😁😁😁

I gotta say that I didn't think Bakugo would redeem himself this much as a character. He's still a kitten, but he's a charming kitten now, at least IMO. He's definitely Top 5 now, which leads to me asking who are your Top 5 characters now:

5) Bakugo
4) Uraraka
3) Todoroki
2) Iida
1) Deku

 
So in order to appease the SNS fans. They are doing what they did for the nH fans in the Last. Claiming that Naruto only has a special bond with that person and only that person and no one else even matters in either of their lives. All that did in the Last was earn Naruto the title of "The Worst Scumbag."

Now he'll be "The Worst Gay Scumbag."

She's my second favorite of the new generation (the first being Metal Lee) and is the most developed. I like her character despite the circumstances surrounding her creation both in and out of universe.

My OTP are my characters from my work, simply because I know that nothing will go wrong between them.

Outside of that, I'll put a wager on IzukuxOchako from My Hero Academia.

I think kids are very smart while young but then the stupidity of society seeps into their pores and taints them into moronic teenagers and brain dead adults.
