Here's my own entry for the Heaven and Earth NaruSaku Christmas contest.
It's a little spare, but I work best in black & white. As you can see, sometimes Naruto needs a bit of a... nudge when it comes to some things. 
Done with nothing more than some blue pencil, Staedtler pens and a good scanner. Shrunk down to a sanely sized .gif file.
And in case the "key word" wasn't obvious... it's "mistletoe."

Yes, Sakura's not nearly aggressive enough in fandom or in canon! Besides, what good is romance if there's not some bruising along the way?
As for how long it took, well, the drawing itself didn't take all that long, it was mostly just trying to find the right pose and judge the amount of distance between the two of them. Although Sakura's hair is really hard to draw right.
