Well it's not that difficult to understand.

 

If you think about NS in kind of a real life situation the guy would already have moved on or atleast would be trying very hard to move on after not getting his feelings  requited even after doing every thing possible to make the girl happy, and realise that he loves her. Also after you know that a friend of yours told her how you felt for her and she still does not think of you romantically, I think it is seriously unhealthy for that guy to still want to be with that girl.

 

Actually the only thing that keeps this ship sailing according to me is Naruto's attitude of never giving up, and his selfless feelings is the main reason many fell in love with NS whereas Sakura's stupid feelings is the reason many jumped this ship

in a real life situation Sakura would have been long over Sasuke lol

Sasuke will be the "Ho" aka Fire aka fire jutsu from uchiha clan

Naruto will take the "Kage" in honor of his famous (and abused too) jutsu of Kage Bunshin.

Sasuke was already a "ho" in Road to Ninja! 

It's only a question of when.

 

But for those who stuck at the line, don't think too deep to the point you can twist it. It's not even that complicated. Really isn't. Also, ramen translated the raw version and while it has the same meaning to me, the writing is more straightforward and more understanding for anyone. So don't try to twist. Trust me, we got this.

I love how there's that whole "prize" argument that revolves around Naruto and Sakura. God forbid Sakura choosing to fall in love with a man that treasures her existence over a man that tries to take her existence away from her. Naruto has never treated Sakura like a prize to be won, so that whole line of thought is irrelevant to begin with.

but but but, Hinata "deserves" Naruto!!!

I just somebody say Sakura isn't a tsundere but someone like Hinata is
