Kishi doesn't have the guts like most big name Mangaka. I think the reason that happen because how most of his success in Naruto directly or indirectly come from his old editor, yahagi. Maybe he thought other opinion is important.

Hinata is a freak of nature in the sense that how can she become popular despite having a supporting role and lack screen time.

I'm sorry, but what? Sakura clearly developed throughout the story while Hinata did not. AT ALL.

Sakura has character developmen, but her character development is tied to romance. I think that because sakura is literally the romantic subplot of this manga aka Heroine. That's the critic from pro and Contra sakura.

I think Kishi is capable to develop her outside of romance. She has potential as ordinary human in ninja. There's a story to tell from that. Then again this kind of thing doesn't only happen to sakura. Rock lee is pretty much disappear from 2/3 of manga. So the rest of character not name Naruto and Sasuke. (Naruto also suffer from it).

Even Hinata has it too but it happen only in chunin Exam. After that her character doesn't get any character development because Kishi doesn't care about her.

For reader, Hinata has more impression especially in pain invasion with her suicide confession. While sakura doesn't do any memorable in that arc and in the next arc she get all the hate of the world. And after that she pretty much become side character.

I think the art style become more like Kishimoto and better.

Sasuke is based on many thing, but the blue print of his character is rukawa.

He has bezita arogance and pride, hiei flame, kurapika vengeance and eye power, killua thunder, Griffith Eagle motive, and many more.

If there's anything I learned from my time with Naruto...it's to make my female characters have big boobs. According to popular belief, boobs solve everything. 

Usually female character with big boobs draw in most shonen manga, Harem, and most seinen. They are created for the sake fanservice or to show that the character is definitely female.

I still can't believe Kishi make sakura have big boobs in burito when her design is consistent with "flat chest" even in the last movie.

If kishi want to grow sakura boob, he should do that after part 1. That way horny fan boy Will like her.

And then he make Hinata boob smaller, seem like Hinata need to get sakurafication even in boob departemen.

Also, for the most part she wasn't that great in a fight either. Yeah, she had the Byakugan and gentle fists but she wasn't the most skilled ninja like her cousin Neji. I would say most of the girls in Naruto could probably take her.

I don't think most girl could take her down. The one who Van take Hinata or Hyuga in general is someone who has long range attack or you are faster. If a Hyuga has kaiten then weapon thrower Will be out of question. Luckily Hinata doesn't show any remarkable threat nor feat to make her a legitimate fighter.

But her fan zealously call that she's the best fighter just because she's a Hyuga eventough it all hype and no feat.

Even until now there's still people that said part 2 sakura Will lose to Hinata despite sakura has big aoe super punch.

So Part 1 Sakura fights Part 1 Hinata. Sakura throws kunai at Hinata, to which Hinata uses Kaiten. So Sakura throws a shuriken at Hinata and Hinata then uses Kaiten. Sakura throws a love note she got from Naruto at Hinata, etc. So Hinata is exhausting herself while Sakura expends no energy at all. Then when Sakura throws her very last projectile she can go pick them up again while Hinata is winding up to use Kaiten or using Kaiten or recovering from Kaiten. It just seems absolutely worthless.

Hinata can't use kaiten even until the end of Naruto. The only Hyuga who ever show to do that are Neji and hiasi. Heck Hinata can't even closed tenketsu. Hinata is weak even for Hyuga standar.

But even so, i Will not make claim that sakura Will win because unlike sakura, Hinata has gentle fist(jyuken).
This is part 1. Sakura is incredibly weak despite having more combat potential.

Throwing kunai is what ordinary ninja do, but sakura is not tenten who is the weapon specialized. And byakugan give Hinata better preception.

All in all if kishi give sakura a Jutsu or two in part 1, I Will guarantee you that all the talk about sakura bring useless Will be reduce.

I totally agree and also the fact she has better will power than Hinata. This is shown by that she was able to overcome Ino's Mind Transfer jutsu and beating an Yamanaka's jutsu is not a small feat. With Part 2 Sakura it wouldn't even be a sparring match because it would only take one punch to knock Hinata out. Sakura is the female version of One Punch Man in this series. I don't care how powerful you are because if you get hit by that, good luck getting up.

Sorry but Ino should win the fight. I think if kishi give sakura a Jutsu, i Will put my money on sakura.

Kaiten only good again projectile. They're not a strong defensif technique.
I don't think it can stop chakra attack since it Will blow up like Naruto vs Neji.

So kaiten is good again weapon user and non gate taijutsu user.

 
That's where you're wrong Hinata has no motivation to fight ANYONE unless Naruto is cheering her on, (that is what happened with Neji where Hinata mistook Naruto telling her not to lose because of him looking down on hard work and over coming what status you are born to as him directly encouraging her) so even though Sakura doesn't have any  technique doesn't mean she can't win because at least she will be determined to fight where as Hinata probably won't be. You look down on part I Sakura too much and over praise Hinata

I think of Kishi should give a jutsu to part 1 sakura, like genjutsu. A weak one is enough.

I forget. Renji liked Rukia, but did Rukia ever even like Renji? All I remember from them was that kittened up fight that they had.

Renji is like Naruto. A hot head brute unlike Ichigo which is too cool for shonen protagonist.

And Bleach lack romance. So a sudden pair is not bad unlike Naruto who the romance pretty much established even of it just a subplot.

Well most likely it will flop. Not just because of the back lash over Naruto's ending, but I feel it will be compared alot to how Naruto WAS so it probably won't be popular and will fail in votes. Besides Naruto's ending proved most of all Kishi doesn't even know what he is doing as a writer.

Personally for many reason I don't think it would be a flop.

I also don't think any of his work will be a huge hit like naruto. I think it would be better he just write scifiction for fun since I don't think he has a capability to pull something deep and well written manga.

They can't or doesn't want to create new conflict because fear of rejection so they recycle the plot to play save.

Its almost always the first guy the protagonist meets and about 65% of the time he happens to be "bad" but hes not really bad just misunderstood!

I think it much more better written since the author give reasoning and resolution regardless wherever the fan might like it or not unlike naruto who pretty much hand wave it rather than show and resolve the romantic subplot.

it really hard to make decision over true love triangle, when the two guys has the same point. The solution is pretty much throwing a dart on who will be paired.

If she's strong and kickass the fandom will like her. It will make her a cool girl like mikasa minus her eren obsession. And her banter with burito will be justify and interesting than curent salad. One of the reason why narusasu doesn't happen because it's a gay pairing. If sasuke is female, it will be canon now.

I hear that the cone in manga behave differently than the anime. The manga make her like a slut while the anime make her like Hinata.

Sakura turn out to be a senju is the great asspull and at the same time the great waste potential in the manga. Eventhough I will not surprise they will pull something like that in order to make salad relevant since naruto benchmark is planet buster and burito will end up the same with the space alien.

It also will betray sakura character from ordinary girl who happen to have genjutsu potential and perfect chakra control into a powerful wate potential. Not that they care about it.

She really looks weird in some panels during War Arc. You can tell that Kishi stopped caring about her because his idea of caring about Sakura = make her pretty.

War arc artwork is a mess. It's the worse drawing Kishi ever make. There's so many drawing erorr that still exist in the volume release.

Personalnya, i like her straight hair than the "messy" hair in part 2. It would be better if sakura has long hair.

Yeah i don't think making sakura beautiful in part 2 really working because she's not really elegant in part 2. Kishi should just make her powerful than pretty because he's pretty much failed in that departement. Or just make her pony tail, she look good in that.

As for the last part..if you're a girl in a japanese class you call all the boys kun. Your coworkers will be san. It is not an emotional attachment at all..

But it either creates distance or attachment, can't be both. Chan is not formal. Many adults call children chan, or their pets.

Chan is a suffix for endearment. When a boy add that to a girl name in the same age, in that contex, the Chan is the love interest.

That's why in Japanese entertainment media, it's a big deal when a boy call a girl with suffix Chan.

The fact that Naruto doesnt drop the Chan suffix is really strange, Rude, and disrespect toward Hinata. Since Naruto doesnt have manner and the fact that sakura is the only girl with endearing suffix speak volume of how much her like her.

And Kishi make it a big deal in the manga only to drop and not continue it. Shame.

In order for nh to become Canon, ss need to happen first. That is from narative point of Naruto story.
That is why ss become "Canon" in chapter 699 with the brotherly forehead poke.

Sakura is a threat that need to be eliminated one way or another.

I agree that sakura is more like combination of aerith healing and tifa brawling fighting style aka punchy.

I think the problem with ff7 is that, it's kinda ambigue and have no resolution video game wise.

Hinata is like sakura Mato from fate stay night albeit less suffering than her and more shy. I don't think she's that special even among moe character. What make her stand out is sakura (the most hate female character), Hyuga hype, lack of appearance, oppai, and the only girl that treat Naruto good and love him.

Feels like Kishi was reading too many Shoujo. "First guy wins." Is a Shoujo law.
