Basically this is what would happen if Naruto's birth had run smoothly and nothing got in the way, what would Naruto's life be like. Would he be stronger, would the Uchiha clan still be around, would Orochimaru still be a threat, would there still be an Akatsuki. This challenge is to answer that question.
Pairings: Naruto x Sakura of course
Plot is up to the author, new enemy whatever.
