What do you think about SasuNaru? We're all SasuSaku and NaruHina haters here. Because they're our hetero rivals. What about a yaoi one?

For me, I just love yaoi. And I don't expect SasuNaru for an anime ending. But it's better than SS and NH I think.

If you think the forum is sleepy, just wait for a manga chapter with the slightest Hinata scene. On those days the forum is the hell on earth.

Umm... I don't follow the manga right now. I'm waiting for some development between NaruSaku. When we learned the identity of Tobi, I dropped the manga. After 15 chapters, I started again. And about the SasuNaru impossibility... I do believe Kishimoto once shipped them. Kishimoto seems so gay to me. The kiss scene is enought for SasuNaru I think. But no matter, I'm still obsessed with NaruSaku.

Edit: Let's change the subject then... if we can. Is Sasuke your favorite character despite NaruSaku? If so, do you ship him with any woman? Who's she then?

I didn't want to open a new thread because I think I'll be banned in this way.

Sasuke is one of the characters i dislike the most. If he needs to end with somebody i guess it will be karin.

Sasuke is neutral to me. I don't hate or like him. I just want people from Konoha to no longer place him on a pedestal, mainly girls because he didn't do any favors to them. I feel like his conclusion will be starting anew and fresh, not having them already. Anyway, if he has to be paired with, it would be Karin because the story so far does suggest that she and Sasuke can bring good to the table and nothing really hurt the story, only support it. Plus, at least Karin has a good reason to like him in the first place. Question is what's their next encounter?

Considering the entire series revolves around the NaruSasu bond, I think it's the most canon out of all the other pairings. Obviously they're not going to end up being lovers, but it's indisputable that Naruto's strongest bond is with Sasuke.

That's the only way it would work. Well, I did emphasized on it with those pics I posted above.

I actually think someone should do a story like that in the future. It's not every day that we have a male hero and a female rival, it's usually the other way around. Add in some romance between them and you'll get a lot of fans eating right out of your hand.

SasuNaru is one of my OTPs, I love their bond! However, I only ship them as friends/ "brothers", not yaoi. Though if Sasuke was a girl ... maybe. Yaoi SasuNaru just creeps me the hell out, it's so awkward and strange. O.O I see so many people ship yaoi though xD and I hate trying to surf Youtube to watch SasuNaru AMVs, only to constantly be on the alert for "romantic videos" tributes. I've stumbled on those a lot ... it wasn't pleasant. So yes, platonic SasuNaru FTW!

I know the relationship's really abusive and I honestly hate the way Sasuke treats Naruto, but I can tell he cares for him still very deep down and seeing Naruto be the person who saves him is really meaningful and impacting to me. I'm immensely fond of SasuNaru Part 1 and I would really love to see Sasuke and Naruto get along again together. It's part of the reason I want Sasuke to live.

As for Sasuke himself, he's one of my favorite characters. I just have a constant love/hate for him and feel like facepalming at his misguided revenge on Konoha, it really seems like I hate him more than like him. That's not true LOL. I just want the old, "good" Sasuke back. I also ship him with absolutely no one seriously, his character is just not made for love and romance.

SasuSaku and SasuNaru are NOT the same. Maybe in the abuse factor, plus Sakura and Naruto being so willing to forgive him. But it's very different. Naruto had a much greater influence on Sasuke and they were literally "best friends", Sasuke admitted it himself. He never was as close to Sakura as he as to Naruto, there was a time that he changed his outlook (Orochimaru and his ninja info cards lol). Sure, he cared about her but by Part 2, she was the first member of T7 he stopped caring about. Not mentioning that fact that Naruto is the only one who can penetrate Sasuke's stubborn dome piece, even if it's a small dent. In a weird, twisted way SasuNaru is two-sided. Vaguely two-sided from Sasuke's side, he overcompensates his remaining bond with Naruto with death threats/"hated". I guess if he truly had no feelings for him whatsoever, I wouldn't ship SN. It's why I don't ship SS, never mind the fact that being in love with someone who tried to kill you is worse than loving the person as a friend who tried to kill you (ironically, Sasuke stopped at the last minute in the VotE).

I know you weren't trying to argue that redragon, I just felt like pointing out why that's wrong.

Yeah, I'm a big SasuNaru supporter but not a "true" supporter. More like a branch from the "true" SN fans. After all, SN yaoi really freaks me out.

I can't ever fathom why anyone would like SasuSaku, it's just way too much of a headscratcher. Or maybe that's my undying hatred of SS preventing me from seeing it, I'm not sure. All I can say is ... to each their own.
